Bank holiday weekend
Has everybody had a good weekend? was the wolds run good, i missed it as i was going to Old Warden to see the Vintage and veteran cars bikes and planes flying, it was the first time the Gloucester Gladiator had been out since a total restoration which had taken years, it is the only one flying and they had done a great job. The vintage cars and bikes were very good, it is great to see everything being used, the Edwardian flying machines, like those off the magnificent men film , did not fly as it was a little too windy.Family commitments on Monday prevented me from attending the static display at Waltham windmill, i hope it was well attended. What did everybody else do? Jim Allen

Bank Hol Weekend.
Wife and I went to Bretton Hall, Wakefield, the teacher training college we went to on Saturday evening. It closes its doors this year. This was the final 'do'. We met people we hadn't seen or heard fom for 33 years. It was a good evening and got home at about 3am. Wife has OFSTED this week, so we spent the rest of the time (started 6.30 am Sunday) preparing for that. We'll have the proper holiday weekend to celebrate the end of OFSTED. Didn't do any biking as it was all planning, preparation and perspiration :0((
