Electra starter mod.
If you have an Electra then you should have the mod for the starter fitted at your local dealer. It is a resistor which is fitted into the wiring loom near the generator wires. It reduces electrical noise from the starter and so stops the CDI pickup giving false info to the black box and causing advanced starting and premature sprag clutch failure.

hi jim is this mod done under warrenty like a recall or is it to pay for, if latter what would the cost be
