Good luck to Chaz and Steve as they set off for their epic 8000 mile trip to Mongolia on Enfield Bullets. The bikes have had extensive work carried out on them by Jim Allen motorcycles and are now ready for the off. They will be leaving at around 10.00am on Saturday morning from Old Nicks Tavern on the high street in Horncastle, next to the Admiral Rodney. Below is the short cut to the website that will be tracking their progress. They are hoping to cover 250 miles per day for 6 days a week and to comlete the journey in 5 weeks. Thanks for that Jim. You and John have really pulled out all the stops to get the work done on the bikes and Steve and I cannot thank all of the staff there enough for all the time and effort that has been put into the prep of the bikes. Also thank you for letting me cause small amounts of chaos at the garage when I was there doing the work on the pannier frames and crash bars. We really could not have done this without you guys helping us so much. I just hope that Steve and I can repay your confidence in us and actually get both the bikes and us to Ulaan Bataar in the planned 5 weeks.
