It's that time. I've booked my Electra in for next Tuesday, 24th June,“08, 10 am. Bike won't need servicing as it's only done about 600 miles since you last did it, Jim. At that time we discussed the rear brake.. Strengthened brake lever (done) straight brake rod (fitted) check lever-actauating arm angle at contact (done). Still not as I'd like it. We talked about fitting British brake shoes and brke linings when looking at the rear brake next time I was over. Will there be time to do the MOT and the rear brake next Tuesday, do you think, Jim?

Have ordered British brake shoes and linings. Time sounds short so I'll fit 'em and get 'em bedded in for next Tuesday's MOT. Cheers.

Great ride there and back. TNX for hospitality. Went to Cleethorpes before setting off home and enjoyed another coffee. Bought a few Brussels and caulis in the market square in Market Rasen on the way home. I'll put them in shortly. Not much room left in my little veggie patch now.

It was good to see you again Dave. I hope the veggies are ok, i bet you will love digging your tates up in a few weeks. Jim
