Still raining
Still raining but it doesnt stop us smileing. Got some potatoes delivered in the post this week. They are for winter crop, hopefuly for christmas. My Standard 9 is starting to get mucky stood out in all this rain.. I think it needs a good run or a new home. I know it will clean up ok. Hopefuly see you all on Tuesday night if i can get my back soted out. Did very little manual work last week due to the inability to stand up straight. I thought it was all ok by Friday night and when i got up Saturday morning i felt fine. Walking out my front door it all came back again, any good remedies for bad backs, it must be the most common complaint there is.

Hi Jim, I know exactly how you feel. Buggered my back and neck about 16 years in a car smash. My personal recommendation is West Parade Osteopaths in Lincoln, but I feel it may be a little too far for you. I use them when my back goes AWOL and they usually have me sorted in 1 or 2 visits. I've always found the GP's way to deal with it with pain killers and bed rest complete pants!!!! The bloke I used to use was in Louth, but unfortunately he kicked the bucket a few years ago. Best thing is to ask anyone you know if they have used an Osteo and if they'd use them again.
